We provide smart contract security auditing, security research, and related advisory services.

Specific services, scope, deliverables, and timelines are governed by separate written agreements (such as audit proposals and service agreements).

In case of conflict, the terms of a signed service agreement prevail over these Terms.

2. No Warranty

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • audited code is free from vulnerabilities,
  • systems are secure, bug-free, or error-free,
  • identified issues represent all possible risks.

Security audits are point-in-time assessments and cannot eliminate all risk.

3. No Investment or Legal Advice

Our services and reports:

  • do not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice,
  • must not be relied upon for investment or asset valuation decisions.

Blockchain systems and cryptographic assets involve significant technical and financial risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services,
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party actions, deployed smart contracts, or blockchain network behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in:

  • audit methodologies,
  • tools, frameworks, and know-how,
  • generalized vulnerability patterns and expertise.

Clients retain ownership of their code and materials.

Audit reports are licensed as specified in the applicable service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations related to audit findings, code, and reports are governed by the applicable service agreement.

These Terms do not override or replace contractual confidentiality provisions.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the website,
  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • misuse website content as professional advice.

Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

8. Blockchain and Cryptographic Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • blockchain systems are experimental and rapidly evolving,
  • smart contracts are often immutable once deployed,
  • cryptographic assets involve high levels of risk and uncertainty.

We do not assume responsibility for on-chain losses or protocol failures.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
